The system has recovered from a serious error

I've been having these for the last couple of months. I've been googling the details in the error report but don't really understand the error that's occurring. I think it 'might' be related to my NVidia graphics card or driver, but I have the latest driver, and that might not be the problem anyway.

I hope someone has some insight into this and can help figure it out and hopefully fix it! :-)

here's the report-

When I look in the Event Viewer I see a red X, click properties and see

Error code 1000000a, parameter1 00000166, parameter2 00000002, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 804e5443

How can I find specific Info on this error? Below that red X in Event Viewer I also see two yellow warning events, both have the source of asw Rdr. Is that a clue?

I think (might be totally wrong) that this is a driver issue. Drivers keep showing up in the crash results, first avast, now comodo. Also my graphics card driver is acting up and everything is rippling when I move them, even scrolling in a browser.

It also seems my crashes only happen when using FFox.

How can we troubleshoot just the driver issues I'm having?

Is there another forum where they specialize in driver issues?

I installed the updated driver, but rolled it back to the original one after I got rippling when I move opened folders around and even scrolling in my browser . Then after uninstalling Avast I thought I'd try installing that updated driver again, but got that rippling screen issue . So I clicked to rollback driver, and got 'no driver files have been backed up for this device'.

I went and downloaded that older driver, installed it, but still have the same rippling effect. When I click on that driver in device Manager I get 'windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration info (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged (code 19).

I believe your problem is conflicting security software. Please list all current and recent security software you have installed since the issue began.

If you have uninstalled either of your security programs what did you uninstall and what method of uninstall did you use?

You definitely have a driver conflict between two or more drivers. I arrive at this conclusion based on the fact your bsod's involve several different drivers. One time one crashes and the next time the other crashes. It's a war between the drivers.

You most likely need to uninstall ALL security software using Revo then perform a search for each software in regedit to make sure all remnants are gone. Please answer the above first. We'll go from there.

Darn, I can't really rember when it started happening, maybe a month and 1/2 ago? We thought it was caused by Avast, so I removed it using their tool, and installed MS Essentials. Then the next bsod involved Comodo. I haven't removed it yet, instead I opened it, clicked on Diagnostics, it found something wrong (didn't say what) and fixed it.

I had Norton a long time ago (7 years?), then Kaspersky 3 years ago (Can't remember how I uninstalled them) then Avast for the last couple of years. I've had Comodo for under a year.
