The system has recovered from a serious error

I've been having these for the last couple of months. I've been googling the details in the error report but don't really understand the error that's occurring. I think it 'might' be related to my NVidia graphics card or driver, but I have the latest driver, and that might not be the problem anyway.

I hope someone has some insight into this and can help figure it out and hopefully fix it! :-)

here's the report-

BCCode: 1000000a BCP1:00000166 BCP2: 00000002 BCP3: 00000000 BCP4: 80E5443 OSVer: 5_1_2600 Sp: 3_0 product 768_1

When I look in the Event Viewer I see a red X, click properties and see 

Error code 1000000a, parameter1 00000166, parameter2 00000002, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 804e5443

How can I find specific Info on this error? Below that red X in Event Viewer I also see two yellow warning events, both have the source of asw Rdr. Is that a clue?

    OK! On the Nvidia forums I saw a 'search for proper driver' button, click it, got another driver,

    and now no ripples, and I have my NVidia c panel back !

    one less thing ..  :-)

    well, used FFox for about 10 minutes, but then it crashed. Started it again, it froze so I closed it. Started again but crashed .. tried to find how to go in to ffox safe mode (to test that) but it froze

    good news, no bsod

    posted at the nvidia forums but no answer yet https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/527510/geforce-drivers/problems-with-fx5200-after-numerous-bsod/

    wish I could find my nvidia c panel to try different settings. Is there a scan I can use to test my graphics card, driver, whatever?

    yep still rippeles in safe mode.

    I tried but can't capture the ripples in a screenshot.

    still haven't tried FFox to get a bsod, too chicken to try, but I will try in awhile.

    Restart the computer in Safe Mode. See if the screen rippling still occurs.

    Also, what about the screenshot I requested in my previous post?

    I'm having a hard time getting MS websites to load. It must be a server issue as all other urls load fine. My point being, I will check out for a while until the issue is resolved. I'm too impatient to wait.
