Recieve a BSOD after KB2859537.

When I install KB2859537 on my Windows 7 X64 machine I get a BSOD during reboot either trying to boot normally or trying to boot in safe mode. Had to restore the primany disk three times now to get the PC bac. Can someone report to MS tech please.Anyone else seen this

    Yep, that is.

    I'm sure they read but it's too shame for them to admit to their crappy deed so fast.

    I'm really wondering how they could release in the world so vile update having thousands of testers - it seems something was omitted to release this slop ASAP.

    So far I have one case open regarding the BSOD and they haven't really made a good diagnoses yet/nor a connection between the engineers and the victim of the update.  What you and I see here, they won't yet state for certain as forum posts are fully investigated.  But at least the patch has info that it's not without issues.

    No resolution but there's eyeballs on the issue.

    Interesting that Microsoft thinks the problem is just with games,  how about the blue screens of death, ie 10 and Firefox and am told other programs will not open,  don't they read any of these posts?

    Had the same problem on my daughters computer. It took me about 5hrs today to figure out which patch was causing the BSOD. I kept doing a restore to narrow down the KB problem.

    I'm glad to see it;s not only me having the problem.

    Strange, but I was able to install the patch on my computer with no problem.  Both have the same AV and Firewall program.

    I did notice the restore dates on her computer were one day ahead ? weird ! and I noticed that after installing one patch at a time. It said "successfully" but when you looked in the view update history.. It didn't show that patch was installed but it did show in the "installed updates" spooky stuff :)

    Just wanted to add any info I could to let MS know... That KB2859537 patch is foobar
