Hi Susan.

Works on 32-bits, not on 64-bits. Tried on a lot of PC´s and configs!
Hi, we have problem with this update in our company. I found solution on microsoft web site http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2839011. Use solution method 3, work perfectly.
- What does...
[I had] to restore the primany disk three times now to get the PC [back]
...mean?
- Is it a Dell or HP computer and/or does the computer have an Intel integrated graphics driver [i.e., Igdkmd64.sys]?
1 I use Paragon Backup and Recovery to regularly copy my discs so I can recover relatively easily in the case of major failures such as this. To isolate the issue to a single package I had to recover the PC a number of times.
2 No, it is a home build machine based on an Asus P8Z77-V MB. I do use the integrated graphics of the Intel Core i5-2500K processer to drive one display though.
Are you really blind???
I gave you numerous of links and there are BSOD's among them!!!
It's really funny to watch the reaction of MS "MVP's".
