Recieve a BSOD after KB2859537.

When I install KB2859537 on my Windows 7 X64 machine I get a BSOD during reboot either trying to boot normally or trying to boot in safe mode. Had to restore the primany disk three times now to get the PC bac. Can someone report to MS tech please.Anyone else seen this

The list is as posted by Susan, above. Both were missing in my case causing the BSOD I had it seems.

That's just Windows updates, right (not including Silverlight, Net.Framework updates)? I got 154 on mine, I've been doing manually what DISM on Windows 8 can do automatically (Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup), so when someone installs fresh I get the urge to ask them this, to see if I did a good job. I have a couple of hotfixes installed though.

158 after installing SP1. 36 other optional ones available I don't want to install as well.

Could you please tell me how many updates do you have installed now? I'd like to know, for a related 'project' I'm running.

I hope you'll tell me this despite the fact that I wasn't here in time to tell you to try this hotfixbefore reinstalling. Although, to be fair, reinstalling is a more definitive solution.
