Love it - I've always been frustrated with Microsoft's "logic" when trying to group "like" items. And it only gets worse with this release! I have already twisted my mind around horrifically to learn to "think" like MS developers and now they've even managed to out-screw that lack of common sense. Enabling what you should have disabled to get the result (i.e., hover/click in "Ease" of Access, gheesh)?! This upgrade is such a a guise - screwing with/up the top layer to cover up the bottom, which is the same erroneously grouped mess of Windows 7. I'm beginning to wonder what WordPerfect's been up to lately. ... You nailed it: "So intuitively obvious."

2014-02-04T21:52:32+00:00 I enjoy the fact that not only do your instructions not work, the link you show here is invalid. I am quickly becoming disenchanted with the software I bought (which, btw, I am on the countdown to renewal, but have been unable to use to date). I can get no help through the online chat and the telephone lines are bogged down. Is there ANYONE that can help me find where my blasted program is so I can use it? I know I successfully downloaded it, I just can find it!!!!

2014-12-03T13:17:23+00:00 I am not a guru, but when I want to see if a program is active, I go to the Control Panel and select "Programs" which will uninstall them but if they are there, then I search else where. Sorry if this sounds like a round-about way to find what you're looking for but it works for me.

See my reply above in this thread.
While on the Start Screen type - Help
Or Win Key + Q = Search Apps - Help
Or Charms Menu - Search - Apps - Help
After any of the above -> On left click -> Help and Support.
