    Bro! I got chu!, you enable it by sliding your finger (on the touchpad)from the left down corner to the right up corner  and then click. That will enable it. I hope it help!

    my touch screen doesnot work.  when I go into control panel, hardware & sound, pen & touch there is no touch tab.  What can I do

    I know this is an old string, but maybe you can help in case you are still getting email notices from it.

    This is still an issue for us. There is no "Pen & Touch" in my Hardware & Sounds folder. And I have a brand new Dell XPS 8700 System with a Dell P2314T Monitor that is Touch Screen.

    I would sure like to use my touch screen as I paid extra to have it.

    Any other ideas? I did update all the software and drivers since I set my system up. I've even upgraded to Windows 8.1.

    I guess if your computer doesn't have the pen and touch option in the hardware and sound menu, then touchscreen is not possible.
