    What is winky+Q and on control panel anywhere on hardware and sound does it say pen and touch could you help me more? I know my computer is touch screen enabled because there is a touch keyboard!

    i don't have that ENABLE thing but in computer- right click properties i says Support for Pen and limited support for touch with 20 touch dots. WHAT THAT MEANS?????!!!!!
