    Hello, Geethu B,

    I have the same problem but with somewhat unexpected contingencies. I had followed the same steps that you have given Cindy, but it just so happens that I do not happen to have the Pen and Touch option in the Control Panel. My PC is compatible with the touch screen feature, and I know this because I have used it in the past. Therefore I request another solution to resolve this predicament, and I hope to witness just how dedicated Microsoft is towards its reputation of excellence

    I have a dell inpirsion 15 5455  i can not find the touch and pen setting. when i go to pc settings it says it does not support it but when i first got it i could use the touch screen please elp

    This worked for me, so I'm passing it along hoping it helps others:

    in Control Panel, click on Devices and Printers.

    look for HID Touch Controller. If it has an error icon showing, right-click and let it fix/troubleshoot.

    it will then prompt you to enable the touch screen.

    I realize this may just be specific to my computer's issue but I hope it helps!

    I tried your suggestion above & after I click hardware & sound, there is no "pen & touch" option?  Really want my touch screen enabled again!!! other suggestions?  Thanks!!
