I cannot print from from printer. How do I restore printer icon?

I think what the two people are referring to- the printer icon in the command bar is gone in IE. I deleted my too along with all other icons under the command bar because I wanted to make room for the favorite bar.
Try this...
Right-click on the Command Bar> Customize> Add or remove commands> select Print then click on Add.

Turns out my problem was not my printer, but a problem with Outlook. I called for IT assistance and he was able to get into Outlook, find the file and then rename it. He said this is the first time he has encountered this problem, but fortunately he was able to figure it out. He also said I would probably have had a hard time figuring out a fix myself and I am sure he was correct in his assessment. Thank you for your suggestions.

I restart, then type settings, then click on devices, then click on printers and scanners and then I see my printer. Then I see "App available for this device", "Open printer app", "Open Queue", "Manage" and "Remove Device". When I click on any of those options nothing happens and I don't see an option to delete printer job, a job which is holding up my ability to print.
You could print with this computer and this printer prior to this problem, right?

Do you have the printer drivers on disk or as a file so you could reinstall the printer?

Don, thanks, I had thought I may need to disconnect and then reinstall the printer. I do have a disc and I am having someone help, just to ensure I don't make matters worse. I will let you know and I appreciate your suggestion.
