Connecting with youtube not a problem, the cast icon appears on both laptop and android phone and it works perfectly.why im still being told my laptop isn't Windows certified still baffles me though.
how do i connect laptop to smart tv using wi-fi..?? Any application related to it.??

as a wireless display and show your desktop, etc. etc. There are options to
stream media, etc.
Microsoft has to certify the device for it to work with Start Screen Windows
Store Apps. For Play To media streaming, you would need to use the classic
explorer/libraries interface.
What exactly do you want to stream?
