    Actually you can, go here. Samsung has an app called AllShare

    I found this on my Smart TV page on the downloads section. 

    http://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/UN32EH5300FXZA

    check your download area for your model TV, and see  if the page offers it as a download.
