    Actually you can, go here. Samsung has an app called AllShare

    I found this on my Smart TV page on the downloads section.

    check your download area for your model TV, and see  if the page offers it as a download.

    there is nothing included in Windows 8 that will let you use your TV as a

    wireless display. if you search the web for "wireless hdmi" there are third

    party hardware add-ons that may do what you want (read reviews and try to buy

    from someone with a good return policy)
