    surface pro4 and ssnyo smart tv

    yes

    **4.**Do you have Windows Media Center installed on the computer?

    no

    **5.**Are you able to connect the laptop and the TV using an HDMI cable?

    Yes, both TV and computer are paired and still did not work...both are wireless in the same network.

    ok so the computer is a windows 10 and the tv is a new sharp 4k hud tv both are hooked up to the same network
