hay guys this is what AMD told after I did the dxdiag information after I send it to them below now and let them email you back to let you know if there is a problem showing them ok but also if there might be a BIOS update you might have to do this also !!
Thanks for providing the required details, I have verified the provided Dxdiag report and found the following information:
- Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
- Processor: AMD A8-9600
- Card name: AMD Radeon R7 Graphics
As per the provided Dxdiag report I do not see any conflicts.
Please understand that it would be difficult to point at the processor alone for the crashes as it could be caused due to the OS file corruption, BIOS settings incomaptiblity, improper power settings and also due to other system components.
Before enabling fast reboot, you may have to understand its disadvantages:
- Fast Startup can interfere slightly with encrypted disk images
- Systems that don’t support hibernation won’t support Fast Startup either
- When you shut down a computer with Fast Startup enabled, Windows locks down the Windows hard disk.
- Depending on your system, you may not be able to access BIOS/UEFI settings when you shut down a computer with Fast Startup enabled
To narrow down the issue, you may have to perform a CMOS Reset and ensure that you have the latest BIOS installed for your motherboard. If the issue persists, please try performing OS clean installation and check the outcome.
Thanks for contacting AMD.
