Hi everyone ,
I'm a longtime user an a BIG fan of Microsoft , I've always notice that MS support Iranian language updates (Persian - Farsi) and everything like Proofing tools for Office or LUI for windows or office . but after I've installed Windows 8 (an incredible step MS .. way to go , nice job) I'm really sad that you frogot about IRAN , we can't use store without an active VPN connection (SO SO Slow in Iran) .
so my question is : As start of this year by the request of president Obama , some software companies that we were always in ther sanctioned list cleared us from those list , the big example of course is Apple ," yes we can download everything from apple without a VPN connection or a twisted workaround .." but why Microsoft is not letting us in IRAN to use windows store ? in the mean time we have to use VPN and it's very painful .
just a reminder . the more windows store user .. the more developer .. the more developer = MORE CUSTOMER and more Business advantage for Microsoft ..
please reconsider or give an honest answer .
and one more thing .. guys please don't forward me to this link.

sry but its not available, they just change the error message , i got a surface rt from nj , and its useless without ms store. by the way im an IT man too and i have ms metro cirtificate. if i am with all these app's that i've created to ms is useless for him, ms ends right here for me.
Unfortunately, after closing of PPTP VPN ports by our government, it's almost impossible to access Windows store. I've tried every possible way i know and yet no luck.
The methods i tried:
Openvpn
TOR
Jap
simple proxy addresses
encrypted Socks and HTTPS Tunneling
The best i got was with JAP which allowed me to download SOME apps which were all below 1MB.
I would be very grateful if someone helps me with this situation.

Sir you can use l2tp/ipsec vpns but you have to got internet speed over 512 to use and surf smoothly, it seems again microsoft has abandoned iranian users, sry for it

sorry but its just playing with words and nothing else. If rule is rule, why many of companies and producers are trading with us??????? Even companies in us trades with us, these are not rules , there is no force on MS . I assure you that i know much more than you about ms politics cause i was part of them. Any way. Have a good day.
