task manager not starting error "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000006"

I have been hearing the Fans speed up to medium and High speed when I am doing nothing that would require any heavy duty resources. I tried both control-alt-delete and  right clicking in the taskbar, and it fails to start up. "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000006). Click on OK to terminate the application." I click on OK and it pops up again then I click on OK again and it goes away. 

I have run AVG and Spybot in safe mode with networking but nothing detected.... and have cleared my page file memory also.

Is it just corrupted or do I have a bug/virus.

That's good. What I meant is that in order for YOU to see the file, you need to be able to see hidden and system files. Windows however will see the file no matter if YOU can see it or not.

In autoruns I beleive you did not click on "options", then "Filter Options"

Make sure all boxes are cleared in "Filter Options".

Tommorrow I would like for you to delete the task manager in HP-infected. And copy the task manager from Dell2 to HP-infected. Just in case the task manager was infected and actually starting up the malware.

    It seems that my good computer the Dell2 has been getting hits from a Trojan. The anti virus program that's on it is called "Anti Vir Guard" (although out of date) it caught an attack from TR/CryptXPackGen2 Trojan file reported is C:\1b2d28e5a99bcd9c6dbdd170\mrt.exe  I hope I copied it correctly - This Virus may or may not have been in this Dell computer or maybe passed on from my infected HP d220 that we are working on, either by my thumb drive when I transferred my files OR from them both being wired into my modem.

    Do you use power dvd remote control software? 

    NO - I don't have any remote control for it and don't even use Power DVD anymore,

    I emailed you it to prevent risk of a CRC Mismatch if you were to copy and paste it into a text document. There cannot be any extra spaces in order for this to work properly.

    After you download the text document from the email,

    Check if the contents are the same as I posted here if you wish,

    Then please change the extension of the document from " .txt " to " .reg "

    After that, double click it to open. You will get a prompt asking you if you want to add this information to the registry, click "yes".

    When finished, restart your computer. Your computer should start up much faster now.

    Part 2

    Please download the avg remover

    Open the exe file and uninstall avg.

    When it's complete, please download the malwarebytes remover

    Open the exe file and uninstall malwarebytes.

    When it's complete, please go to Add or Remove Programs and Uninstall SpyBot Search&Destroy

    Part 3

    You do not have any image hijacks unless they are hidden under windows entries in autoruns. It appears that you did not clear the filters in autoruns how I asked.

    Try to open a copy of taskmgr.exe from dell2 on hp. Make sure taskmgr has its original name. Not Jose.

     If it STILL does not run, you might have some malware running under explorer.exe as a dll. Since these dlls are not shown in autoruns.

    Please download procmon.
