task manager not starting error "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000006"

I have been hearing the Fans speed up to medium and High speed when I am doing nothing that would require any heavy duty resources. I tried both control-alt-delete and  right clicking in the taskbar, and it fails to start up. "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000006). Click on OK to terminate the application." I click on OK and it pops up again then I click on OK again and it goes away. 

I have run AVG and Spybot in safe mode with networking but nothing detected.... and have cleared my page file memory also.

Is it just corrupted or do I have a bug/virus.

That's good. What I meant is that in order for YOU to see the file, you need to be able to see hidden and system files. Windows however will see the file no matter if YOU can see it or not.

In autoruns I beleive you did not click on "options", then "Filter Options"

Make sure all boxes are cleared in "Filter Options".

Tommorrow I would like for you to delete the task manager in HP-infected. And copy the task manager from Dell2 to HP-infected. Just in case the task manager was infected and actually starting up the malware.

    Also please take note I don't want you uninstalling or installing anything during the period that I'm helping you. I need to know that nothing has changed on your computer from the time that you made the logs for me.

    I will give you instructions on how to properly remove the malware.

    Thanks Elder - I was able to add a duplicate of taskmgr in the Dell2, the computer I am transferring backing up TO, all my files, docs, and photos to. Then I changed the file name to jose.

    edit: Just to be Clear the infected computer is the HP D220 and I transferred my files to the Dell2.

    Please verify the following information.

    Suspicious Running Processes:

    Quicken Load DLLs Intuit C:\Program Files\QUICKENW\QWDLLS.EXE

    C:\Documents and Settings\Lawerance\Application Data\Spotify\Data\SpotifyWebHelper.exe

    Did you have google chrome open while you made this log?

    And you are running multiple anti-virus programs:

    Malware-bytes

    AVG

    Spy Bot SD

    Running many anti-virus programs at once can cause conflicts and make your computer hang.

    I'm assuming that your computer was not taking forever to load things at this point of time because the processor was free.
