i'm having the same problem and made already two posts here but none can give a reasonable answer to it. it appears to happen to me as well when using the internet/itues/google chrome.
it is very annoying.

My computer is just a few weeks old and has been working fine until today. I have gotten the blue screen of death many times today and each time it's said it has something to do with System_Service_Exception. If anyone could help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.

2013-01-11T22:30:23+00:00 I've had this issue too after getting my Lenovo Ideapad N585. I get the BSOD randomly. Nothing causes it that I can pinpoint. My laptop is brand new and this should not happen.

2013-01-14T17:21:41+00:00 Hi the same problem has been happening to me. This is the third crash that has occurred and I've only had this for 3 weeks. I don't want to have wasted £400 just to have a laptop crash the same exact way my last one did. Is the repair instructions going to fully fix the problem? Will downgrading to Windows 7 help?
