What is going on with Windows Store? 'Sorry, this app is no longer available' KB2862768 August update Bug

Please see the attached GIF/video to see what I'm talking about.. In the last few days with no changes

made to my PC I've seen the 'Sorry, this app is no longer available' Error, and it is some kind of Bug

because I can get the app to appear using the method seen in the video

So, whats up with the Store? Is something broken on either Microsoft's end or my own? Is anyone else

having this issue. Mostly this happens when I click links to apps on External sites like WinBeta or

Neowin etc tho I have seen it happen Searching for apps in the Store app itself. To reproduce find

an external link to an app .. click it, if the Store finds the app without issue close the Store app without

returning to the Store(Home) section. Find another app link and click it

I've just been waiting for a Fix to come along Server side.. as I'm fairly sure I did not change anything,

Store had been working fine for the most part since Win8 Launch

For anyone still paying attention to this KB problem, after installing ALL other updates for this Patch Tuesday 10 Sept 13(all installed without issue), I went back and restored KB2862768 which I believe initially was Optional, it is now marked as Important

So I've now got KB2862768 installed and this Windows Store issue seems to be gone, I assume

Msft has now fixed this issue, I have every update available installed both optional and important etc

    2.) Windows Defender(and all subsequent updates for it)

    3.) No.. when I opted to buy my PC initially I opted for no Anti-virus preinstalled

    4.) No

    5.) 11.8.800.94 Flash version (In IE10)

    6.) 10.0.8 (KB2862772)

    7.) Yes, Firefox is installed.... I always keep an alternative browser around

    8.) No. as previously mentioned... I experience this KB update bug after a Windows8 Refresh(with no modifications to anything)

    I'm unsure why we are talking about Win7 and Anti-virus and Flash? I'm using Windows8 ... I did not upgrade from/atop of Windows7, it was a clean install using a legit upgrade disc... like Win7 was never on my system

    Please advise

    1. When (approx. date) did you purchase the Win7 computer?
    2. What is the full name of your installed third-party anti-virus application or security suite (if any) and when (approx. date) does your current subscription(if any) expire? What anti-spyware applications (other thanWindows Defender!) are installed? What third-party firewall (if any)?
    3. Has a(nother) Norton application or a McAfee application EVER been installed on the computer since you bought it?
    4. Did a Norton free-trial or a McAfee free-trial [PICK ONE] come preinstalled on the Win7 computer when you bought it? (Doesn't matter if you never used or Activated it.)
    5. What Flash Player version is currently installed? TEST HERE USING INTERNET EXPLORER ONLY! => http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
    6. What Update Version is displayed in the second line of IE10 Desktop's Help | About [Alt+H+A] tab (e.g., Update Version: 10.0.4)?
    7. Is Firefox, Chrome or any other alternate browser installed and if so, was it already installed when you were still running Win7?
    8. Are you in the habit of using "Registry cleaners" (e.g., Registry Mechanic; System Mechanic; RegCure; RegClean Pro; Advanced SystemCare; Registry Booster; McAfee QuickClean; AVG PC TuneUp; Norton Registry Cleaner; PCTools Optimiser; SpeedUpMyPC; PC Doctor; TuneUp Utilities; WinMaximizer; WinSweeper; Comodo System Cleaner; Advanced System Optimizer; CCleaner Registry Cleaner)?

    Win7 64bit initially... It is a Lenovo L420 model... My upgrade to Windows8 64bit was a Clean install/upgrade in Nov 2012, I do keep it updated with any Windows8 drivers as well any BIOS updates provided by my OEM etc

    I've never installed Windows 8.1 Preview, Plan to install 8.1 when its publicly in the Windows Store

    Of the security updates you listed, these below are not installed on my system, nor are they in Windows Update to install if I check for updates

    KB2781197

    KB2789649.
