Hi Sara,

Which browser are you using?

I suggest you to reset the browser settings and check if issue persists. Refer to the article below and refer to the section ‘To reset Internet Explorer settings’:

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-in/internet-explorer/reset-ie-settings#ie=ie-11

If issue still persists, try using a different browser.

Hope this will fix the issue, if not let us know with the updated status and we will be happy to assist you further.

    Hi channy2006c,

Welcome to Microsoft Community. I understand that you are unable to view the mailbox of your Microsoft account on Outlook.com as well as Microsoft Community pages.

We would like you to try optimizing your browsers to try to fix the issue. This will also serve as an initial troubleshooting to clean up cookies and browsing history and also improve browser performance.

You can visit this link on how you can optimize Internet Explorer.

For other browser, please refer to this link.

If optimizing the browser does not work, please try using a different computer to check if the same issue happens so we can isolate if it only happens on your computer.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thank you.

    Johan
