Network List Service Refuses to start.

When Checking Service Dependencies. The following error appears

Win32: A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed.

Windows Update is able to run and I am able to download all updates.

You're getting error 0x800f0906 because you have KB3022345 installed. Uninstall it by going to Programs and Features in Control Panel and then click the link to "View installed updates".

In the Search box top right, copy/paste (or type) KB3022345 and when it appears in the list, right click it and choose Uninstall.

I got past it. When you get an error on the install click the Back arrow and then click on the Updates option again. It gives the re-start button. I am proceeding with my updates

I actually had a zero day virus attack that destroyed a lot of OS files on my computer. It would boot but it could do anything. I luckily had another computer I could use and I ended up loading a new OS from MS onto a 64GB flash drive (don't forget to change the setting on the drive like I did to show the correct size). I installed the OS from the flash drive and everything was fine

I did not have this update installed when I had this error. How do people make blanket statements that aren't true on here?
