    the email account I am referring to is ," ******@msn.com",   I have received several notices, I am able to receive emails on my phone but not on my laptop

    I have been trying for months to recover my

    password for a outlook account I have, I have created a new account so I can recover it but I cant even get into the account I created to get the password help I feel so stupid
