I have an e-mail account,which Ican not get into or open, because it will not except my password?

    No one here can help, except to advise you to (a) edit your original post and remove the email address unless you want to be inundated with spam, and (b) direct you to this page to reset your account password.

    I have the same problem I have an account and  a password which I could access with but now I cannot get in. Please help. Please don't ask me to open new account for I am an old person who does not understand i.t. terms. This account was set up  by a family member who lives overseas. I have no one to help me. For me to type a letter takes me 15 mins or so.
