    Five posts in less than five minutes?  Please.  Look at the first post in this thread.  The person asked for help (five years ago) because her email password wasn't working.  Is that your problem?  If not, why did you post here rather than starting a new thread with (a) your own question and (b) all of the details that might help someone to help you?
