How can I retrieve/reinstall programs from "Removed Apps" List?

Initial problems with installing MS Windows 8  prompted me to refresh my PC, as a result, most programs ended up in a "Removed Apps" List of which I cannot determine on how to reinstall, can anybody help me???

Programs such as HP Support Assistant, and Cyber Link Power DVD, and Windows Media Player are disabled although the troubleshooter states that the Windows Media Player is working properly. Again, please help.

    I reset my pc and reinstalled windows 10. As stated the non-factory apps were removed in the process and I see of a list of apps removed wanting to know if there is an easy way to restore them?

    I have the same problem. Give me my app/pgms back. I have lost everything I have worked on for the past year!

    Howdy! I just happen to get the same issues, apparently, what happened with mine is that all including those pre installed apps since I bought the device are deleted from my pc. How will I be able to retrieve these apps? Your response is appreciated. Thanks.
