How can I retrieve/reinstall programs from "Removed Apps" List?

Initial problems with installing MS Windows 8  prompted me to refresh my PC, as a result, most programs ended up in a "Removed Apps" List of which I cannot determine on how to reinstall, can anybody help me???

Programs such as HP Support Assistant, and Cyber Link Power DVD, and Windows Media Player are disabled although the troubleshooter states that the Windows Media Player is working properly. Again, please help.

    I have windows 10, and refreshed my PC. Result: my 2007 Microsoft Office was removed, and I get the following message: "You'll need a new app to open this TEL." Help will be much appreciated.
