Initial problems with installing MS Windows 8 prompted me to refresh my PC, as a result, most programs ended up in a "Removed Apps" List of which I cannot determine on how to reinstall, can anybody help me???
Programs such as HP Support Assistant, and Cyber Link Power DVD, and Windows Media Player are disabled although the troubleshooter states that the Windows Media Player is working properly. Again, please help.

when I was refreshing the computer. the statement was retrieve the uninstalled apps after refresh is done. it is done and now I cannot retrieve???
You replied to a post from a Windows 8 user from 2012. What you're left with is a list of programs that have been removed, and the programs must be reinstalled from the original installation media.
It had the wrong name on my Microsoft account I tried to correct and it shut me out

most of my apps were removed when repairing my computer. I have a list of Removed apps. How can I reinstall them?
Thank you for that bit of info. This is what I've been doing as well trying to reinstall through updates and such .
There are three programs I am unable to obtain Dragon assistant , Best Buys Risk, and Best Buy scrabble. The other software I can live without.
In the files remains I have keys to these softwares it appears yet no access to them.
My Feedback for Microsoft:
Obtain the list of software that will be removed before it is removed and if the system is stable enough I could of backed them up. Second Offer a cloud usage to hold these 3rd party softwares so they can be reinstalled after the rest.
Third: Make clear note in The Microsoft communities of the level of expertise of the individual offering help to the problem so that the user of this aspect can be for warned before they try to solve an issue with windows 10. Also make note of what worked and did not work to solve problems to add a % of how likely an issue will be resolved by giving sugestions.
