1a, Machine self built a couple of years back in 08 (high spec for websites and video editing) all new parts.
1b, its was clean install on a new samsung HDD i have the windows disc here.
2, Kaspersky runs out 01/11/13, I also have 9sorry forgot0 trustee raport - which is from the Barclays bank and been installed for a couple of years.
3a, Spybot v2 is installed and tea timer is running.
3b, No not that i am aware of.
4a, No Norton has never been installed, Macfee was installed as a third party add on with a flash update but i uninstalled it the next day circa a month ago.
4b No the machine was brought in bits from ebuyer.com nothing was pre installed.
4c - I was never able to install ie9 it kept failing even with manual download i only had ie8

6, cant test as i cant start up explorer it says missing dll files - but it should be fairly upto date as for my website software and codes

8, i have them all to test my websites for clients - ie8, chrome, firefox
9, I will only use a reg cleaner if i have had a problem, before this issue i probably wouldnt have used it for about 12 months = CCleaner, i did run it after this ie10 problem whilst trying to resolve the issue.
