Go to

Ctrl X

Bring up the Windows powershell admin

Type in the following

powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml

Go back to windows store and it should re-work!!

OMG - THANK YOU!  You don't know how many things I've tried to get my store working again...this finally did it!  For anyone (like me) who has no idea what Ctrl X means - just drag your mouse to the top right of the screen and click search then type powershell and run the program from there and type in exactly what he wrote out.  Yay!
