Touch screen freeze/unresponsive LUMIA 920

Also i have same problem since begining of the july. First screen freeze accured when i opened my phone after 2 or 3 hours charging period. Screen freezed, one or half an hour after phone turned normal situation. After 5 or 6 days from first freezes screen has freezed again. i try out the all restart and reseting button combinatin, phone has restart after each try but screen has not responsive all touches and screen completly freezed. All buttons are working very well, i can take a photo but the screen dosent working.

At last i sent the phone to service last friday i have still waiting what is the problem and wonder what is the source of problem

I am also facing the freeze issue. In my case, most of the time it is when I try to switch on the WIFI. It searchs for WIFI and then it freezes the touchscreen.

I usually keep wifi off.

My mobile data is always off..

I have the same problem. The screen suddenly freezes and all I can do is reboot the phone as none of the capacitive buttons or the screen work. It's fine after the reboot but only for a limited period of time. It could be hours, minutes or seconds but eventually it always freezes again (it seems to be getting more frequent with time).

I've already had the phone warranty -replaced once (they replaced the actual motherboard as it wouldn't even boot) but now this screen freezing is happening again. It looks like a hardware fault to me...

I wanted to ask all of you one question though:

"Is there a person here who can honestly say that they never, ever (not even once)  used a charger different than the original Nokia one and yet they're still experiencing this problem?"

You see, my theory is that using non-nokia chargers messes something up which eventually leads to the freezing problem.

Yes, I have never used non-Nokia charger, but have this screen freeze problem.  Keeps freezing, and while the soft re-boot gets the phone working, but it eventually re-freezes in 0-40 minutes.  

I had this problem once earlier for 2 days or so maybe 3 months back, and some automatic software update solved the problem.  Now I am having this problem again.  Just think its a much better option to move to samsung S4, as my wife doesnt have any of these problems with her S4.

If you are facing some unresponsiveness of touch screen (volume keys, shutter key & power key should worki perfectly).

just restart your device by holding vol. down + power key at same time for 10-15 sec. :thumbup:
