Just changed from an N8 myself yesterday and bang, 920 screen has frozen like everyone elses. I don't even know how to power it off because someone decided to make the screen part of that procedure too???
Touch screen freeze/unresponsive LUMIA 920
I have been playing around with my phone last night taking pictures (the low light pictures are amazing)
and when I tried to unlock my phone this morning,
nothing of touch input seems to react,
even the buttons under the screen don't light up and do not respond on touch.
My power, volume and camera button all work.
Already did a few hard resets,
connected my phone to a computer hoping that would spark something
but nothing seems to work.
Anyone any idea what the problem could be and how to fix it
thx,
Laurens

Press Power + Volume(down) keys until the phone vibrates (about 8-10 seconds). Phone will reboot.

2013-06-27T10:35:40+00:00 volume down + power + camera buttons together until the phone vibrates, then release the power button only and hold the other buttons down for another five seconds or so, then release all the buttons. This option worked for me first time. Thanks.
