Touch screen freeze/unresponsive LUMIA 920

I have been playing around with my phone last night taking pictures (the low light pictures are amazing)

and when I tried to unlock my phone this morning,

nothing of touch input seems to react,

even the buttons under the screen don't light up and do not respond on touch.

My power, volume and camera button all work.

Already did a few hard resets,

connected my phone to a computer hoping that would spark something

but nothing seems to work.

Anyone any idea what the problem could be and how to fix it

    I know this is an old thread, but the solution to this problem is to turn off the phone.  Depressed the up, down, and start button at the same time. Keep the buttons depressed and the phone will buzz several times until the Red Nokia screen appears.  Remove your fingers off all the buttons as soon as you see that screen. Then you will see the Windows screen and the phone will boot up and you will be able to use the touch screen again.  You will not have any changes made to your apps or saved items (photos, one note, ms docs, etc.).  Try it, it works and is a permanent solution.

    I held the lower volume button and power button for 20 seconds until my pone rebooted and it worked!!!

    Had the same problem for months now. I had read somewhere (don't remember where...) it was because of the wireless charger/NFC... 

    So, I disassembled my phone carefully and on the back of the cover, I just nulled The wireless/NFC charger by putting a small piece of black electric tape over the 4 little connectors next to the camera flash.

    I then unplugged the battery and plugged it back. I assembled the phone back, turned it on and VOILA!!! My phone is working again! It has been 3 weeks and so far so good so.... Let's see!!!  I have a brand new phone again!!!

    If you don't know how to disassemble your phone, look for some videos on YOUTUBE showing how...

    920 mobile touch screen does not work but the side button works, and after resetting everything is ok here had on him isider Windows Mobile 10 te think that's it?
