Hello YayaFino,
RT devices can only download Windows updates and apps from the Store. I would suggest you try the Google search app from the Store, it has Google search and 14 other Google apps built in (Gmail, YouTube, Maps, Calendar and many more).

I understand that you have issues with downloading Google Chrome.
Google Chrome is available as a desktop application which can be installed only on Windows 8 and Windows 8 Pro Operating Systems.
You will not be able to install it on Windows RT devices.

I can't download google chrome on my windows rt computer.
That is because Google have never produced a version of Chrome for the Windows RT system(s)
True, though they really couldn't anyway. Best they could have done on an RT system was a chrome-like skin for "modern" IE (the full screen version).
Access to the APIs they needed for a real ARM version of Chrome are blocked to third-party developers on RT systems.
I'm surprised to still see people asking for this on RT at this point. Guess there are still a few RT devices still in use out there. Though I fully expect this to become a how topic for Windows 10 S... with the same answer...
I know this thread is old, but I agree that Microsoft should have offered a serious credit to all the suckers (me among them) who bought this thousand dollar paperweight. They create a crap operating system and then abandon it, leaving us high and dry. I have since bought a new Notebook. I wanted to buy a new surface, they are well built, but I refused to give MS my money because of my Surface 2 experience.
