Hello YayaFino,
RT devices can only download Windows updates and apps from the Store. I would suggest you try the Google search app from the Store, it has Google search and 14 other Google apps built in (Gmail, YouTube, Maps, Calendar and many more).

I understand that you have issues with downloading Google Chrome.
Google Chrome is available as a desktop application which can be installed only on Windows 8 and Windows 8 Pro Operating Systems.
You will not be able to install it on Windows RT devices.

I just bought my RT, use it for 2 days and I'm already selling it, YES! I hated so bad than I don't want to OWN this tablet, honestly, Android already spoiled-us big time. I took all Windows 3.0 and 3.1, classes including many others and they all were amazing, then, why did you acted stupid this time? are you afraid of loosing business? Believe me, if you keep doing the same stupid mistake I'm sure many of us will not remember your future birthdays, I'll be in front of the list .
I was so excited of every single program Microsoft developed in those days, what a boomer, I never tough I was going to hate so much a Windows program, in fact, I just ordered a 2 years old laptop with Windows 7, which I love it, never, never again any of the new computers or tablets with RT, ashamed of you Microsoft.

Microsoft isn't blocking Google from RT - Google is not making RT versions of Chrome, a Chromecast app and the rest of their toys. They want you to buy an Android tablet and use their OS and buy from their store.
So if anyone is selfish in this particular instance, its Google. Not saying MS isn't, but in this case, it is Google refusing to play.
Go complain to Google, where it might do some good.

Please stop repeating this misinformation. Google may be and do many things, but in this case the fault for the lack of real Chrome on Windows RT 8/8.1 rests almost exclusively on Microsoft. At the most all Google can do is release a wrapper for IE, and only a modern app at that. To get the real Chrome browser on Windows RT two things would need to happen.
-First, Microsoft would need to open up the required APIs (that are already present in Windows RT I might add) to third party developers - WIN32, .NET, etc. A windows executable file has a digital signature and Windows checks for this signature at runtime. There is a setting that specifies what signing level is allowed to run, from unsigned to Microsoft-only. In Windows 8 this is set to unsigned, whereas in Windows RT it is set to Microsoft-only and cannot be changed. This is the primary reason why Office RT and the other desktop apps RT comes with are allowed to run but nobody else's can. (Also note that this is what the RT 8.0 "jailbreak" does, changes the signing restriction to unsigned).
-The second thing required is for Google to then recompile the Windows version of Chrome for ARM processors (instead of x86).
Until Microsoft does their part and opens up the entire WIndows RT OS for developers, Google can't do anything about Chrome. Windows RT could run an ARM-compiled version of Chrome, but Microsoft decided it didn't want anyone else to release ARM-compiled desktop apps.
Also, on a side note: this is the same reason Oracle cannot release Java for Windows RT, which means no Minecraft - something else I've seen many RT owners repeatedly ask about.
So no, don't bother asking Google... file a complaint with Microsoft instead.
