Hello YayaFino,
RT devices can only download Windows updates and apps from the Store. I would suggest you try the Google search app from the Store, it has Google search and 14 other Google apps built in (Gmail, YouTube, Maps, Calendar and many more).

I understand that you have issues with downloading Google Chrome.
Google Chrome is available as a desktop application which can be installed only on Windows 8 and Windows 8 Pro Operating Systems.
You will not be able to install it on Windows RT devices.

The answer was given in the post prior to yours. The reason is simple. Google has not developed a version of Chrome for Windows RT. It's entirely up to Google whether or not they choose to support a given platform.
I wonder what it would take for Google to make a version for Windows RT? There are many of us out there that prefer Chrome. We need to light a fire under them to do something.

More people requesting Chrome might help, but Google would much prefer you to buy an Android tablet instead of a Surface. They want you to be pulled into their ecosystem and services, and spend your money in their app store instead of Microsoft's or Apple's.
