Hello YayaFino,
RT devices can only download Windows updates and apps from the Store. I would suggest you try the Google search app from the Store, it has Google search and 14 other Google apps built in (Gmail, YouTube, Maps, Calendar and many more).

I understand that you have issues with downloading Google Chrome.
Google Chrome is available as a desktop application which can be installed only on Windows 8 and Windows 8 Pro Operating Systems.
You will not be able to install it on Windows RT devices.

Will chrome ever be available for windows rt? I bought the Google chrome cast and I'm gutted I can't use it or get my money back :( also, in the windows app store, it offers two apps for chrome which I paid for thinking they were legitimately for windows rt cos it was offered in the store
More people requesting Chrome might help, but Google would much prefer you to buy an Android tablet instead of a Surface. They want you to be pulled into their ecosystem and services, and spend your money in their app store instead of Microsoft's or Apple's.
