scroll bar/slide bar disappears after a few seconds very anoying

I glad you filled me in on that bit of info?  It was so breathtaking! It didnt help me nor did answer a signal thing you stupid ****!

The scroll bar disappears right here on this very webpage!  Simply let your mouse sit idle for a few seconds and... voila!  The magic disappearing scroll bar.  Anybody who has not noticed this happening, and does not agree that it is annoying, is ignorant.

1. On the scroll bar, you need to perhaps tell us where you are in Windows 8?
2. When you have this issue; are you somewhere on the Start screen or in a Windows 8 store-style app or are you somewhere on the Desktop side?
3. Where are you missing the "scroll bar”?

Please answer these questions so that I can rectify your issue as soon as possible.

You know where the problem is your, just playing stupid! Its on Windows 7, 8, 10, etc. You haven't got that yet with everyone posting queries to you? The issue happening on my PC is just about every where i go. the start at my settings, different web sites,you name it. I disappears while i'm using it and sometimes as soon as i get it back up it will disappear before i can even click it. My scroll bar is on right and i have Windows 10. Maybe that will give you the info you need to correct the annoying problem that i and lots others are complaining about.

I second this - very annoying. An example: in the Windows App Store view a App reviews. Put your mouse over the scroll bar, near the bottom so it isn't over the actual block that moves. Wait a moment and the scrollbar disappears. You cannot scroll just by clicking - you have to move the mouse first to make the scroll bar reappear.

I don't exact understand this. i've tried and nothing happened. Also i'm 50 and just learning how to be on a computer, so i'm very slow at understanding the technology.

Best - honest response I have ever seen. Some people "in the know" ask what are you doing  ? , what is this and that etc...  I am dumbfounded they these community members have never been on MSN and experienced that issue. (disappearing scroll bar).   The fact that MS has not listened to their customers feedback is an indication that all the talk at the highest corporate level about "our customers feedback is important to us "  is just another topic to discuss at their unproductive meetings.  One reason why  some people hate MS.   I like the product but will NEVER purchase WINDOWS 10 as they keep reminding me in their pop-ups.
