This is the most annoying problem I have ever run across with the Explorer browser.
I found 2 fixes for this problem.
Switch to the Google Chrome or the Firefox browser.
Scroll bar does not disappear on either.
Works great!!!

my scroll bar/slide bar disappears after a few seconds Even with the pointer still on the arrow, I have to move off the arrow and back on it to get the page to scroll very anoying

2015-10-06T02:24:56+00:00 My IE11 in windows 7 is now hiding as well as those in windows 8. I was able to successfully fix it with the mystyle.css script. Thanks for posting that fix.
