scroll bar/slide bar disappears after a few seconds very anoying

It's kind of funny that after more than a year of people complaining about this problem Microsoft has done nothing to alleviate the problem. If you do a search for this issue there are thousands of hits yet Microsoft just ignores it. Too busy working on the next even more intrusive version of windows I guess.

I am going to use this as a biotch board and tell MS that this slider is just nuts pint period. Now the damn thing cannot be used to scroll down because in windows 8.1 it hides behind the bottom tool bar wtf already. MS is in attempt to screw with the damn thing in order we click and click and click. Pull your head out of your collective arses and design a browser and os that will be user friendly, if not then we will leave your collective skank arses.

Wake the f up jerk wads! BTW did I tell you that your sliders truly suck. You at MS really are idiots. WTFU wake the f up!!!!!!

I second this - very annoying. An example: in the Windows App Store view a App reviews. Put your mouse over the scroll bar, near the bottom so it isn't over the actual block that moves. Wait a moment and the scrollbar disappears. You cannot scroll just by clicking - you have to move the mouse first to make the scroll bar reappear.

1. When using Internet Explorer (MSN site) the scrollbar and up and down arrow disappears even when the mouse pointer is on them I have to move off and back on the scrollbar or the arrows to get them to work again. If I try to move the scrollbar down after it disappears without moving off and back on the page begins to get high lighted .

2.This happens in Internet Explorer with MSN it does not happen with Google (this may be the answer to use Google all the time) 

3. the scrollbar and up/down arrows disappears in Internet Explorer on the right side of the page
