nsi memory leaks fixed yet?

So for me, since I installed IE 11 from it's standalone installer (not the Win update method), I have experienced around 25,000K to 45,000K in memory usage with NSI process. This does go up and down, but seems to be stable at this range. The handles are staying below 800 at all times. This is not a great result, as under first boot I experience about 3300K and 90 handles. It is better then it running up to 300,000K and 17,000 handles.

As for cloud backups, no I do not use them, I do not even have my Steam cloud enabled for game saves. My system is ONLY shared via a private home network, and I simply have weather apps, and antivirus running that constantly use/monitor internet, with of course nVidia, Logitech, Windows, and the other normals doing their routine update checks. Most everything installed does use auto-update in one sense or another, and I choose to allow this on most, with the exception of Adobe products.

That is what is strange about this issue... We all have VERY different setups, some of us using 3rd party routers with our ISP routers, some of us just using ISP routers, some of us with really elaborate setups, and many online functions happening, some of us minimal setups with hardly any online functions. Also not everyone out there with Windows is experiencing this, and from what I gather it is not just Windows 7 Home Premium (my OS) either. There is no constant variable that I have managed to find that could be the cause. I have scoured the internet for weeks on end trying to solve this, as I am a gamer, RAM counts.

Now I am going to be building a NEW PC, right away, and it will also be on Home Premium Win 7, not a fan of Win 8.1 (Daughter's laptop has that), and I will see if the problem persists on a different platform.

Maybe we need to start collecting system stats and have someone compare them, CPU, motherboard, RAM, OS, ALL the specs of all the affected computers... There HAS to be a link somewhere to this for all of us.

Same problem here too and it's driving me crazy.  FWIW, I'm using a cloud backup service (Crashplan) that requires an always-on applet and runs as a windows service.  Is this a common variable with anyone else or a red herring?

Anyone have more ideas? Apparently the disabling and re-enabling the network adapter gets less effective after the first time. Went from 60,000K to 240,536K in less than 12 hours. I'm considering doing a full re-install of Windows 7 even. Though doing a repair certainly didn't help any.

After one day and 9 hours NSI started its spinning out of control memory consumption.  Back to the drawing board...

I also think some IE updates are left behind after the uninstall. But they are hard to find since they only say "Update" and not "Update for Internet Explorer" after installed. Going through my update checklist I made I can only see an IE8 compatibility update and an IE10 update. But it appears I have to try this over again since my svchost.exe is at 54.024K after 3 days with IE11 installed.

Edit:

After 4 days uptime it's at 303,612K. I have no idea what happened to it in the last 24 hours. It just started jumping up really fast. I haven't done anything different. I really wish we could figure this problem out.

Edit 2:

Disabling and re-enabling the network adapter still works at least. It dropped instantly to 51,004K.
