Why two Windows Folders in Local Disc?

I have just had to reinstall Windows XP Home. In Explorer under Local Disc, there used to be just one Windows folder. I now have two. One is titled Windows. the other Windows 0.  Why? Some of the files within them are different.

    Afraid that didn't help either, but I have just realised that since re-installing Windows XP, everything I get Microsoft updates, I am faced with other errors so I am beginning to believe that that is where  my original problem was. As  no one has come up with a solution that works, I have finally given up on Microsoft. I have ordered an Apple iMac ready to get rid of XP.     read this and it will show you how to get the motherboard manufacturer's name.

    looking at the above did not help me as I am not sure what I am looking for, let's wait for John John MVP to look at it. :)

    Managed to get Belarc. Can't find any reference to Motherboard but presumable it is this:-
