Hi,
I don't know where to start. This is the second time I've been prompted to enter a 'code' that shall grant me access to my email even though I've only ever logged into it from the one address. I'd been forced to enter an email before which I'm sure is where the previous code was sent. What I don't understand is that if this is for my 'security' how was I able to change that email to something else completely - bounce it to a mate in across the globe who happened to be on the phone with me, who gave me the code to enter to access my own bloody email?
DISCUSS
P.S. No, I'm not giving you my phone number, I have less security on my bank accounts and credit cards whose security is impeccable - its hotmail, get over it and let us just have our 'secret question'.
PEACE

Your right.
And the BS is its my account i should be able to pick my password even if i have used it before because having different passwords for everything is less secure because i have to write them down.
They make zero effort to help in any way.
My hotmail was linked to my paypal which i use alot and has my full name and address as well as my youtube account which has my name on it and my face in videos. I offered to skype them and forward copies of my full id none of it mattered. When i finally found a way back in my profile picture was my face and had my name underneath and my account contained my cv showing my full address as well as every email that was in the account was addressed in my name.
If everything says im joe bloggs and i have id to show im joe blogs how on earth would that not be enough? anyone who looked at my account would know its me but they didnt care.
Anyway i got back in so screw them and their awful service
