I am trying to remove iCloud 2.1.1.3 and I get an error message "The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2343." After I click "OK", it gives me the message "Fatal error during installation." How do I fix the error? What to do?

I would suggest you to run the fixit from the link “Diagnose and fix program installing and uninstalling problems automatically” and then check if this fixes the issue.
If that doesn’t work then I would suggest you to check with iCloud support for more information.
Just used Revo uninstaller on mine. It killed it and removed all of the associated registry files. Its got a 30 day free trial too so you don't have to buy it.
Didn't work. Have Win10 x64, iCloud 4.1. Uninstalled O365-2016 just in case there are conflicts. Used Revo to Force Uninstall iCloud, no luck, still get Error 2343!!!!!
Note: uninstalling Windows 10 altogether, to fix the iCloud uninstall problem, is NOT an option.
What other options exist??

Actually, tried again. Had to use force uninstall and tell it NOT to use the built-in uninstall. Seems to have worked. Will update again if it didn't.
