Error code 2343 message when trying to repair/remove iCloud 2.1.1.3...

I am trying to remove iCloud 2.1.1.3 and I get an error message "The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2343." After I click "OK", it gives me the message "Fatal error during installation." How do I fix the error? What to do?

    I have been experiencing this error code 2343 issue lately. “Diagnose and fix program installing and uninstalling problems automatically” seems to lead to a blank page at this time. Can you refer me to the original content?
