I plugged in my new Magic Jack plus into my modem and I started getting this message repeated over and over. ERROR 3002. Magic Jack said it was a problem with my ISP accepting multiple devices. Can anyone help me with this problem?

As per the description, you get an error code 3002 with Magic Jack.
The issue can be resolved by Rebooting the Router.

I have a Q1000 (esetially an Actiontec C1000 with Qwest branding) with the same issue. I reported it as a bug to magicjack. I got mine working with a second dhcp server. I limited the dhcp scope on my Q1000 to 192.168.0.10-192.168.0.20 and have a linux server plugged into the Q1000 on my linux box I have a dhcp server that I added the dhcp scope of 192.168.0.200 - 192.168.0.220 as soon as I activated the scope my magicjack was working.
I have a new magicjack. It's properly configured and will work on my neighbors modem but not my Actiontec C1000A. It also works when using the USB connection on my PC. I know the MAC address of the magicjack, but it does not show up when plugged into my modem/Router. The Ethernet Status shows a connection in the port, but the device table shows nothing. I then went to DHCP Reservation and added the MAC address and assigned it to an IP address of …27, but it still did not show up in the device table. I then added port forwarding for IP address …27 for ports 5060, 5070, 65525 and 49152 all using UDP Protocol, but that did nothing either. I was on Tech support with 8 different MagicJack people for almost 16 hours. My ISP is centurylink and they say it’s not their problem, Actiontec says the same thing. How do I make it show up in the device table?
I have same problem, the MAC address does not show on the Actiontech v1000h. I spent 6 hrs on the MJ chat line today but still have ERROR 3002, so I am running the MJ from a laptop, it no longer works connected to the modem/router ( Actiontech( as advertised.
I have the same problem as you two. I have a Belkin n150 router. Northing shows up on the DCHP routing table. It works when plugged into a pc but not on the router connection by ethernet cable
I am sorry for not being of help in this case. I suspect the issue is with the router firewall or IP assignment. Try disabling the firewall to see if that resolves the issue.
Also when you say you have made DHCP reservation, did you try using static IP? (also I believe the routing table does not show the static IP clients. in case that is why you don't see it there)
Also I noticed for the people this is creating these issues, they seem to have a single Modem+Router device. Where as I am using separate Modem that connects to a Wifi router. I dont know what this has to do with the issue, but throwing out my additional information in case it helps in your diagnosis.
