I plugged in my new Magic Jack plus into my modem and I started getting this message repeated over and over. ERROR 3002. Magic Jack said it was a problem with my ISP accepting multiple devices. Can anyone help me with this problem?

As per the description, you get an error code 3002 with Magic Jack.
The issue can be resolved by Rebooting the Router.

I have a Q1000 (esetially an Actiontec C1000 with Qwest branding) with the same issue. I reported it as a bug to magicjack. I got mine working with a second dhcp server. I limited the dhcp scope on my Q1000 to 192.168.0.10-192.168.0.20 and have a linux server plugged into the Q1000 on my linux box I have a dhcp server that I added the dhcp scope of 192.168.0.200 - 192.168.0.220 as soon as I activated the scope my magicjack was working.
I noticed after hearing this constant error message that the plug was too wiggly on the outlet. Once stabilized, You should see a green light near your Ethernet cord and a yellow light near your phone cord. Both should be lit. I also changed the flat cord for a more sturdier Ethernet cord and now all is well. 
Wow, I forgot I was even on this. I had so many problems with magic-jack (static on the line, random dialing of numbers, replaced the item a few times, all the upgrades, and the problem that was mentioned in this topic: it was picky on which dhcp server it would accept an address from) that I gave that up a year ago and have never been happier. I used my magic jack to get a google number (nettalk sells something similar for 3 months you can also use it to get a free google number) and after you have a google number you can disassociate it with your magic-jack or nettalk number and use obi200 or obi202 with google voice. (After initial purchase) free without E911 $15 per year for E911. (note: you need to use the number every so often or google will take it away. Read the google docs on google voice) I use sprint and have my cell numbers on google voice and have mine and my wifes go to the obi200 as well. I don't work for Obihai but it works well with google voice. You might be able to build something with a raspbery pi or there may be other devices that work with google voice but I am extremely happy with the google voice solution. Blocking numbers and making unknown callers have to leave a voice intro to get a hold of me... It's so much less junk calls.

They did not suggest to restart the modem, but when I did restart telephone awake...
