I plugged in my new Magic Jack plus into my modem and I started getting this message repeated over and over. ERROR 3002. Magic Jack said it was a problem with my ISP accepting multiple devices. Can anyone help me with this problem?

As per the description, you get an error code 3002 with Magic Jack.
The issue can be resolved by Rebooting the Router.

I have a Q1000 (esetially an Actiontec C1000 with Qwest branding) with the same issue. I reported it as a bug to magicjack. I got mine working with a second dhcp server. I limited the dhcp scope on my Q1000 to 192.168.0.10-192.168.0.20 and have a linux server plugged into the Q1000 on my linux box I have a dhcp server that I added the dhcp scope of 192.168.0.200 - 192.168.0.220 as soon as I activated the scope my magicjack was working.
Microsoft has NO clue about this error. It has nothing to do with a computer, isp, a computer, dhcp lease times, mj is just a FLAWED device. Mj will give some bs about something that doesnt matter one bit. What helps could b different for each device. What works for me, is just plughing it into a different port on router. Ive increased dhcp lease to 30 days, etc... wat helps is different port on router, in othrt words, flawed system inside the device. Nothing will fix it

I would suggest you to disable antivirus software and check if it helps.
