I plugged in my new Magic Jack plus into my modem and I started getting this message repeated over and over. ERROR 3002. Magic Jack said it was a problem with my ISP accepting multiple devices. Can anyone help me with this problem?

As per the description, you get an error code 3002 with Magic Jack.
The issue can be resolved by Rebooting the Router.

I have a Q1000 (esetially an Actiontec C1000 with Qwest branding) with the same issue. I reported it as a bug to magicjack. I got mine working with a second dhcp server. I limited the dhcp scope on my Q1000 to 192.168.0.10-192.168.0.20 and have a linux server plugged into the Q1000 on my linux box I have a dhcp server that I added the dhcp scope of 192.168.0.200 - 192.168.0.220 as soon as I activated the scope my magicjack was working.

What do you mean by "Bing dial tone ring"?
I thought I had it working when I posted that and it was gibberish! :-)
I did finally get the MJ+ to work.
After trying all the steps that were posted on this site and several others, I finally decided to try Option 2 from the MagicJack site.
Option 2:
Connect a router to your modem and let the router handle DHCP (most routers have this setting enabled by default). Once the router is connected to the modem, you can connect the magicJack PLUS to one of the available Ethernet ports on the back of your router.
I think that a lot of people have the newer router/modem/wireless access points, that is what I have and it did not work. It did work once I installed a second router (mine is actually an SMC EtherEZ Hub) and then Magicjack started working.
I have disabled the DMZ settings that a set of instructions said to try and it still works. I do still have the Port forwarding turned on but do not thing it is needed.

This is a common problem with MJ+ it seems from a quick google search. I faced the same issue again and again and tried a bunch of things. I did a few things which resolved the issue (though I am not exactly sure which did it). I will list them in reverse order... please try the first one and if that doesnot work out please go to setup 2, etc. Leaving applied what you did in step 1. (ie: I right now have all the things done and so not sure even if they work in combination- ie: multiple issues).
STEP 1: MJ has shipped a cheap USB adapter. But any decent USB adapter from any where (you dont need to spend a fortune. Any 5$ to 10$ adapter should do. I used one that was lying around in the house. Some people even report that this improves the sound quality in the MJ+ and reduces the random noise. I am not too sure of that part as I don't use MJ+ much. If this doesn't do the trick move to step 2; leave MJ+ connected via the new adapter.
