Can't straighten out my folders...their order is very messed up.

I'm confused as to what this refers to.  Is this another solution to the same (my folders are a mess) problem?  I fixed the appearances mess with a simple reinstall...reboot.

I have received no help for this.  Is there someone who is willing and able to help me?  Please.  I don't know how to find the answer to this and I have searched and searched.

I don't understand the exact conditions.

You can move some user folders (by dragging). Windows will update the registry. This also sometimes seems to work when it shouldn't.

So lets see what your registry says.

Start - All Programs - Accessories - Right click Command Prompt and choose Run As Administrator. Type (or copy and paste by right clicking in the Command Prompt window and choosing Paste).
